These Terms and Conditions
(“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of services provided by
Fail-safe Hiring, including (a) access to our training platform, delivered
either online or in-person (“Training Services”), and (b) engagement with our
recruitment and talent acquisition services (“Recruitment Services”).

By registering, subscribing, or using any part
of the Fail-safe Hiring platform or engaging with our recruitment team, you
agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Overview

Training Services:

Fail-safe Hiring offers short-term,
subscription-based training courses, delivered either online or in-person
focused on Talent Acquisition and related skills. Users gain access to
educational video content, study materials, quizzes, and, upon successful
completion, receive a performance report and a certificate.

Recruitment Services:

Fail-safe Hiring also operates as a talent
acquisition firm offering candidate sourcing, assessment, onboarding support,
and customized recruitment solutions for employers. We assist job seekers with
career opportunities and connect them with potential employers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the
legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services.

By registering or engaging our services, you
confirm that the information provided is true, accurate, and current.

3. Training Platform: Subscription Access and
Duration

Training Services operate on a 2-day access
model for online sessions. Physical training sessions may follow a different
schedule as communicated during registration.

Access begins immediately upon successful
payment.

During this period, users can access the
digital content, including:

  1. Course-specific video lessons
  2. Downloadable/viewable study materials
  3. Quizzes and assessments
  4. After 48 hours, access is revoked unless
    renewed.

4. Course Completion, Certificates &
Reports

To receive a digital certificate and
performance report, users must complete all course modules and pass any
required assessments.

Certificates are generated based on
registration details and cannot be modified after issuance.

Fail-safe Hiring does not guarantee employment
as a result of completing a course.

5. Fees and Payments

Training fees must be paid in full before
access is granted.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit
cards, UPI, and any other options available on our platform.

All fees include
applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Due to the short-term and digital nature of
access, no refunds or cancellations are allowed once a subscription begins.

Recruitment Services are invoiced as per the
terms outlined in individual client contracts or proposals. Any applicable
charges, commissions, or success fees will be clearly communicated and agreed
upon in writing.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  1. Use the platform and physical training
    sessions only for personal, educational, or internal business purposes.
  2. Keep your login credentials confidential.
  3. Not share, copy, resell, or reverse-engineer
    any platform content.
  4. Not disrupt or misuse the training (whether
    online or physical) or recruitment services.
  5. Unauthorized access, content redistribution, or
    account sharing may result in immediate termination without notice or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on the training platform,
including videos, documents, assessments, and design elements, are the property
of Fail-safe Hiring or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable
license to access the content during your subscription. You may not reproduce
or distribute platform content without written permission.

8. Termination of Access or Service

Fail-safe Hiring reserves the right to
terminate your access to either service at any time, without notice, for:

  1. Violations of this Agreement
  2. Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
  3. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

9. Disclaimers

Training content is for general educational
purposes and does not guarantee job placement.

Recruitment outcomes depend on multiple factors
including employer decisions, market conditions, and candidate fit.

The platform is provided “as is.” We do not
guarantee uninterrupted access or that the content is error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fail-safe
Hiring will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising out of:

  1. Use or inability to use our services
  2. Errors, delays, or technical issues
  3. Third-party content or conduct
  4. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to
    discontinue use.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is governed by our
[Privacy Policy], which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
By using our site or services, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments

We may update this Agreement at any time.
Notice of significant changes will be posted on our website. Continued use
after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any
disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts located in India.
