I am Raghunath Ramaswamy, the Founder and CEO of Spectrum Consulting, and the driving force behind Fail-Safe Hiring. With a career that began in software development and spanned customer support, sales, and marketing, I discovered my true passion in recruitment and talent acquisition in 1995 while working with HCL Technologies. This journey led me to establish Spectrum Consulting in 2004 and later, Fail-Safe Hiring.
